Reverend Trevor L. Black currently resides in Aldi, Virginia but is a Native of Columbus, Ohio. He is married to Dr. Twana Black with whom he shares three children; Taylor, Tylor and Ty. Reverend Black has been in ministry and serving God for over 25 years. He was baptized at the young age of 10 by the late Reverend Dr. Charles E. Booth of the Mt. Olivet Baptist Church. Reverend Black was licensed to preach the Gospel and ordained into the Ministry by the Reverend Dr. A.L Thompson of New Journey Christian Ministries where he had the privilege to serve as a Deacon and a Minister for six years. Reverend Black has a Degree in Criminology and Policing affording him the opportunity to have held the rank of Captain in the State of Ohio prison system and working with at-risk youth for over 20 years. He attended Liberty University Theological Seminary majoring in Divinity and Biblical Ethics. Reverend Black is working towards a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology and Pastoral Counseling.
